Our new favorite breakfast spot is finally open in the Loop, across the street from the Lyric Opera. Friends and family of Eastman Egg Co were invited to taste samplings from the newly expanded menu. Sandwiches featuring sausage and chorizo, unavailable at the Eastman Food Truck, were a hit. We hope everyone likes the space too!

Graham was first introduced to WTa while completing his Master's Degree at IIT, where he served as Andy's teaching assistant for 3rd year design studio.
